Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and support customer engagement.
The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, tech-savvy, and stays up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, email, SEO, and more).
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs and ROI goals.
Manage and update website content, landing pages, and blogs using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies (on-page and off-page).
Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
Analyze web traffic metrics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce engaging and high-converting digital content.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital tools and platforms.
Track and report performance metrics, campaign insights, and improvement recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4).
Working knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress.
Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads and/or Analytics certifications.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and lead nurturing workflows.
