About the role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate (Paid Social) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing large-scale traffic acquisition strategies across platforms like Lazada ads, Shopee ads, Facebook, Instagram, Google Shopping Ads, TikTok, and LINE.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute high-quality, high-scale traffic acquisition opportunities across Lazada ads, Shopee ads, Facebook, Instagram, Google Shopping Ads, TikTok, and LINE@ advertising
Update, align, and discuss with Brand side to create engaging and high-performance campaigns (client facing role)
Monitor, maintain, and give recommendations to teams to optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI on marketing spending
Stay ahead of the marketing trend and develop new initiatives, including A/B test to identify the optimal solutions
Develop and provide reporting to uncover insights and action plans
Ensure implementation of strategic brand solutions in other departments
About you
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
0-3 years of experience, preferably in ecommerce
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding, and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Good English communication skills, both oral and written are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to adapt quickly to web-based applications and internal systems
