Compensation Snapshot Employment Type: Independent Contractor Location: Fully Remote Time Commitment: Full-Time Monthly Base Compensation USD $750–$1,000 per month, depending on your experience, marketing capability, event coordination expertise, AI proficiency, and overall alignment with the role. About the Role As our Digital Marketing & Events Coordinator, you'll coordinate end-to-end delivery of digital events, campaigns, and community initiatives while supporting marketing execution and operational excellence. You'll work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to ensure every event and campaign is professionally planned, beautifully executed, and continuously improved. This is an AI-first coordination role. You'll be expected to actively use AI to improve planning, communication, documentation, campaign management, reporting, and attendee experience. What You'll Be Doing Event Coordination Coordinate webinars, virtual events, workshops, and online experiences. Manage event timelines and project plans. Coordinate speakers and presenters. Required Qualifications We're looking for an exceptional coordinator who combines organization, creativity, professionalism, and outstanding communication. You should have: 3+ years of experience in event coordination, digital marketing, campaign management, customer experience, or community management. Experience coordinating webinars, virtual events, workshops, or educational programs. Strong project management capability. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills. Strong stakeholder management capability. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment. AI-First Marketing Experience We're specifically looking for professionals who actively embrace AI.
