Role Overview

Aisimpro is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and self-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and expand our marketing initiatives.

This role bridges the gap between engineering and marketing by translating complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand content that engages mining professionals and industry decision-makers.

You'll work closely with engineers, CRM, and leadership to create content, strengthen our digital presence, and help position Aisimpro as a thought leader in mining technology.

This is a flexible role that can grow from part-time to full-time (20–40 hours per week) based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate technical concepts from engineers into clear, engaging marketing content.
• Support email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing initiatives.
• Create social media posts, graphics, videos, presentations, and marketing assets using AI-powered tools.
• Manage and grow Aisimpro's digital presence across LinkedIn, the company website, and other online channels.
• Plan, maintain, and execute the content calendar.
• Update website pages, blog posts, and case studies.
• Format and publish technical content provided by internal teams.
• Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all materials.
• Develop and assist with events, conferences, and promotional materials.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, content quality, and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong writing, editing, and content structuring skills.
• Experience translating technical or engineering concepts into engaging marketing material.
• Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel occasionally for conferences, client visits, and company events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end content workflows (idea → creation → publishing → analytics).
• Experience managing LinkedIn marketing and company pages.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
• Experience in B2B, industrial, mining, engineering, or technology marketing is considered a strong asset.
