Digital Marketing Executive – Affiliate

Job Description ​We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help grow Lenme’s affiliate ecosystem by building strong partnerships, improving performance, and driving new revenue through strategic collaborations. Grow affiliate revenue through new partnerships and marketplace integrations Manage day-to-day communication with affiliate partners Own and optimize Lenme’s advertiser program on Impact Identify and launch new affiliate channels and platforms Negotiate deals, commission structures, and placements Monitor performance, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns Stay up to date with affiliate trends and opportunities Requirements ​ 2+ years in Affiliate Marketing or Partnerships Hands-on experience with platforms like Impact, CJ, or similar Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Data-driven mindset (comfortable with tracking, ROAS, CAC, etc.) Experience in fin-tech or marketplaces is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Bonus Points Existing network of affiliates/partners Experience launching affiliate programs from scratch Benefits High ownership fr​om day one Work directly with founders Fast career growth (prove yourself → level up quickly) Flexible / remote-friendly Build real product used by real users Be part of a team actually changing how money works
