Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Digital Marketing Lead - Performance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute multi-platform performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels. Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in both B2C and B2B markets using data-driven strategies. Analyze and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI, managing budgets, forecasts, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and leverage CRM/automation tools for retention. Lead strategic development and mentorship, staying current with digital marketing trends and presenting insights to senior leadership. 5–7 years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on performance marketing. Proven success in both corporate brand and e-commerce environments. Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEO tools, and performance dashboards. Data-driven and analytical, with a history of delivering high-ROI campaigns. Strong communicator and collaborator, experienced in agile environments; portfolio or case studies preferred.
