We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, 12-month maternity leave contract.
About the RoleYou’ll be responsible for managing digital marketing and advertising activity across a portfolio of clients, working closely with Account Directors, Account Managers and our creative team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently manage campaigns from planning and implementation through to optimisation, tracking, reporting and client recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital marketing and paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Spotify, ChatGPT and programmatic.
- Manage campaign budgets, audiences, targeting, creative assets and ongoing optimisation.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Manage and review Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and campaign tracking, including website events and conversion tracking.
- Prepare monthly and campaign reports, turning campaign data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Develop digital marketing strategies, media plans and campaign recommendations.
- Work with creative teams to develop digital advertising concepts, copy and assets.
- Manage client digital activity and communicate performance, recommendations and next steps clearly to both digital and non-digital audiences.
- Assist with the development of Digital Marketing Proposals to win new business.
- Support SEO, Web, social media and other digital marketing initiatives as required.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally across an agency environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with paid advertising.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
- Experience with reporting platforms such as Agency Analytics or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Account Service, creative and digital teams.
- A practical, proactive approach and a willingness to continually learn as the digital landscape evolves.
- A good understanding of SEO, audience targeting, A/B testing and digital strategy.
- Experience working with non-profits, unions, superannuation, government or professional services would be beneficial.
- Experience across web, SEO, organic social media, programmatic advertising and AI-based marketing platforms would also be highly regarded.
- Full-time, 12-month maternity leave contract
