Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and lead digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, attract qualified leads and support business growth. You will oversee campaign planning and execution across digital channels, use performance insights to improve results, and work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activity supports company objectives.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audiences.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, email and organic search.
• Oversee website content, landing pages and conversion journeys to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Manage SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of engaging content across digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and use analytics to identify opportunities, improve results and guide decisions.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively and report on return on investment.
• Set, track and report on key performance indicators, including website traffic, conversions and lead quality.
• Work with sales, design, content and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign delivery.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors and technology providers as required.
• Stay informed about digital marketing trends, tools, platform updates and best practices.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with experience planning and managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing and web analytics.
• Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools to measure performance and inform decisions.
• Ability to develop marketing strategies that support lead generation and business growth.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting data to recommend improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools and content management systems.
• Experience managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the translation, localization or B2B services industry is an advantage.
