About Sekna

Sekna is a performance marketing agency dedicated to humanitarian and faith-based nonprofits across the US, UK and MENA. We manage paid media, tracking and analytics for organisations whose campaigns fund emergency relief and long-term development work around the world.

About the role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with deep Google Ads expertise to own and grow fundraising accounts for international nonprofit clients. You'll be based in Egypt, working from our Cairo office or fully remote, and collaborating closely with our tracking, creative and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage Google Ads accounts end to end across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and Google Ad Grants
  • Plan, launch and scale seasonal fundraising campaigns, including Ramadan, Qurbani, Giving Tuesday and year-end giving
  • Own budgets, pacing and bidding strategies against ROAS and cost-per-donation targets
  • Work with the tracking team on GA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions and offline conversion imports
  • Run structured tests on ads, landing pages and audiences, and turn results into clear recommendations
  • Report performance to clients with clear insight and next steps, not just dashboards

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience managing meaningful monthly budgets
  • Strong command of Performance Max, Smart Bidding and conversion tracking
  • Working knowledge of GA4 and Looker Studio
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Availability to overlap with UK and US working hours when campaigns require it
  • Based in Egypt

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in nonprofit fundraising or e-commerce
  • Arabic language skills
  • Google Ads scripts or API experience
  • BigQuery or SQL basics
  • Meta Ads experience
  • Google Ads certifications

What we offer

  • Flexible working: Cairo office or fully remote
  • International clients and a senior performance team to learn from
  • Real ownership of accounts and clear room to grow
  • Meaningful work that directly supports humanitarian causes
