100% remote - US $1,500-$2,000/month depending on relevant experience and skills.
About the role:
- The UK’s leading tennis app: Spin helps people get on court and meet new people through leagues and socials. We’re also bringing that experience to padel.
- An established business with big ambitions: we’re profitable and growing, with more than 50,000 players in London. Our ambition is to become the go-to app for recreational players worldwide.
- Work directly with our co-founders: take ownership of day-to-day marketing, bring your own ideas and turn objectives into campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Combine your interests with your career: if you play tennis or padel, enjoy experimenting with AI and want to grow in digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
- Create and deliver campaigns: own our marketing calendar, including league launches, social promotions, product updates and partner campaigns.
- Find ways to grow: test opportunities across paid social, SEO, app-store optimisation, organic social and other relevant channels.
- Put AI to work: test useful tools, create content and campaign assets, and automate repetitive tasks.
- Improve customer journeys: build email, push and in-app campaigns that help players get started, book again and discover more of Spin.
- Measure and improve results: analyse customer behaviour and run experiments to improve bookings, conversion and retention.
What we’re looking for:
- You play tennis or padel and understand the player experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English, including clear, engaging copy for a UK audience.
- You already use AI regularly, keep up with useful developments and can demonstrate how it improves your work.
- Hands-on digital marketing experience in areas such as paid social, SEO, email/CRM, app-store optimisation or organic social, with examples of work you’ve delivered and results achieved.
- An analytical, experimental approach: you can interpret data, test ideas and decide what to improve.
- Initiative, organisation and good judgement: you learn unfamiliar tools independently, check the details and take work from idea to launch.
We care more about what you can show us than how many years of experience you have. You don’t need to know every marketing channel, but hands-on experience with at least one would be a plus.
