Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience, Sales teams, business stakeholders and external partners, you'll turn data and customer behaviour into actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness, lead generation and customer engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants to make a visible impact across a complex national business.

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across paid, organic, social, email and website channels

  • Develop dashboards, reporting and insights that support business decisions

  • Drive SEO initiatives and website optimisation activities

  • Create and optimise digital content, landing pages and customer journeys

  • Establish testing and continuous improvement practices across digital marketing

  • Partner with stakeholders and agencies to improve digital performance and customer outcomes

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who brings both technical capability and a collaborative mindset.

Required

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

  • Experience in a B2B, industrial, engineering or technical environment

  • Demonstrated experience in a hands-on digital marketing role with responsibility for analytics, campaign execution and optimisation

  • Strong experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEO and digital performance reporting

  • Experience managing and optimising digital campaigns across web, email, social and paid channels

  • Experience driving conversion optimisation and customer journey improvements

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations

  • Demonstrated curiosity and capability in applying AI and emerging digital technologies to improve marketing outcomes.

Highly regarded

  • Experience with marketing automation, content management systems and digital advertising platforms

  • Understanding of how AI is influencing search, content discovery and digital marketing performance.

  • Experience working with complex sales cycles and technical products or services

  • Exposure to conversion rate optimisation (CRO), attribution modelling and advanced analytics

  • Experience partnering with Sales teams and commercial stakeholders
