Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate has experience across multiple digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing. You will analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that maximize marketing results. Experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Specialist, Growth Marketing Specialist, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Experience with email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising. Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools. Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign optimization. Experience analyzing campaign performance and creating reports to support data-driven decisions. Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment. Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus. Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta certifications are a plus.
