Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Abuja, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels to promote TEW Capital’s services and brand. Daily activities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, optimizing paid and organic campaigns, and tracking performance using web analytics tools. The role involves monitoring trends, conducting competitor research, and making data-driven recommendations to improve lead generation and client engagement. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with business goals and ensure a consistent digital presence.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, including experience running integrated campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills for managing platforms, building audiences, and engaging communities.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills for tracking performance, interpreting data, and optimizing campaigns.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for working with internal teams and external audiences.
• Experience with content creation, basic design tools, and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
• Knowledge of financial services or wealth management is an advantage but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities in a hybrid work environment.
