Our client is a global consulting and business services organisation that partners with businesses worldwide, with a strong focus on supporting purpose-driven and not-for-profit initiatives. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their collaborative global marketing team.

The Team

You'll join a marketing team of approximately 10 people based in Auckland, while working closely with colleagues across New Zealand and offshore teams.

This is a highly collaborative environment where you'll partner with designers, developers, campaign specialists, and business stakeholders across multiple regions.

The Role

This is a broad digital marketing role with responsibility across:

• Marketing automation and customer journey optimisation
• Website performance and digital experience
• Campaign execution, reporting, and performance improvement
• Digital platforms and marketing systems
• Conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing
• Stakeholder engagement and project delivery

You'll play an important role in improving digital performance and delivering seamless customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.

What You'll Bring

• Exposure to platforms such as Marketo (or similar), CRM systems, and customer journey programs
• Knowledge of CMS platforms, UX principles, and SEO best practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
• Experience improving campaign performance through testing, segmentation, and personalisation
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills

Ideal Background

• 5+ years' experience in digital marketing
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Digital, or similar
• Experience working with regional or global teams is highly regarded
• Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement

Salary

Digital Marketing Specialist (Mid-Senior)

$110,000 - $120,000 NZD + Super
