Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of digital media campaigns that drive student recruitment, with a focus on paid social, paid search, and online video. This role manages day-to-day campaign setup support, trafficking, QA, and performance monitoring to ensure accuracy and alignment with inquiry and enrollment objectives. The specialist provides ongoing reporting and insights, identifying trends and uncovering optimizations to improve campaign performance. They collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of assets, proper implementation of tracking, and adherence to compliance requirements. Additionally, the role contributes to testing strategies and continuous improvement efforts across all digital inquiry channels and CRO projects.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agency team leads, internal creative, and content strategists to deliver andsupport all student acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and others
- Support digital media team in preparing, launching and oversight on online lead generationcampaigns effectively from month-to-month and quarter to quarter
- Lead on finalizing details prior to plan launch, and ensure that media plans are implementedproperly, and run smoothly in-market
- Ensure all project requests and sourcing details are properly in place with external agencypartners
- Work directly with copywriters and graphic designers, to assist in the creation, review andapproval of advertising materials for various digital media platforms
- Coordinate the set-up of video assets with the agency for deployment of online video campaignsto attract potential student
- Manage paid media landing page ecosystem and support CRO testing
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies to meet student recruitment goals
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the institute remainscompetitive in the digital landscape
- Strives to build internal expertise in key media channels through building knowledge over time
- Socializes media plan analysis and results to Marketing Department team members on anongoing basis
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education / Experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (required)
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in digital marketing role or similar (required)
• Previous agency experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and principles (required)
• Proficiency with paid social advertising, paid search, and online video platforms (required)
• Understanding and experience in ClickUp or similar project management (preferred)
• Knowledge base and experience should include Google Analytics (preferred)

Work Environment
• Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company
location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.
• This position is eligible for a remote. Employees must meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and
participation.
