About Pleny

Pleny is a social app for food lovers. In one place, people discover dishes and restaurants, follow food creators, share videos and order meals. We’re expanding in Saudi Arabia and looking for someone to own our growth there.

The role

You’ll run Pleny’s marketing in KSA end to end: strategy, budget, campaigns, content and reporting. We want an owner, not just an executor: someone who knows the Saudi market, spots opportunities and turns ideas into campaigns that bring in real users.

What you’ll do

• Plan and run full-funnel paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google.
• Manage budgets and optimize for CPI, CPA, ROAS and retention.
• Create, write or brief short-form content (TikToks, Reels) in Arabic and English.
• Find and manage Saudi food influencers, creators and restaurant partnerships.
• Track results, run A/B tests and turn data into next steps.
• Follow Saudi food trends, competitors and key seasons such as Ramadan and National Day.
• Work with our design and product teams to bring ideas to life.

What you need

• Candidate must be based in Saudi Arabia and has experience marketing for the Saudi market.
• 1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (strong recent graduates welcome).
• Proven results from paid campaigns you managed yourself.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi consumers, social media trends and the food scene.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English (Saudi/Gulf dialect is a strong plus).
• Comfortable with data and using it to make decisions.
• A strong eye for short-form video and social content.
• A self-starter who communicates proactively when working remotely.
• A passion for food, restaurants and consumer trends.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing a consumer app or food-tech product.
• Hands-on use of AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase or similar tools.
