Media Manager & Graphic Designer (Remote)

We’re looking for someone creative and energetic to manage our social media and Meta creatives, plus all the designs the company needs.

Full-time only. Part-time roles or candidates with other jobs cannot be considered.

Ideally with experience in the kids, parents and dance sphere.

What you’ll do:

• Manage our social media accounts (UAE & KSA) and maintain a consistent brand presence
• Plan and deliver a monthly content calendar
• Create eye-catching ad creatives, posts, reels and stories each month
• Write engaging captions that encourage enquiries and action
• Bring fresh ideas and relevant trends to our content
• Track audience growth, engagement and enquiries, with a monthly report on results and next steps
• Create flyers, roll-ups and other print materials

Who we’re looking for:

• Someone with plenty of creativity, energy and initiative
• Strong design, video editing and copywriting skills
• Confident using AI tools
• At least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts and creating advertising content
• A reliable, organised person who meets deadlines and follows through
• Someone committed to understanding our business, tracking our growth and improving results

Salary: $1,500 per month, depending on experience
