The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist plans, executes, and optimizes digital marketing campaigns across CompanyCam’s advertising platforms, with a focus on audience targeting, campaign performance, experimentation, and efficient customer acquisition. This role independently owns day-to-day campaign execution and optimization, partnering closely with Growth Marketing, Creative, and Web teams to turn campaign strategy into measurable results. You'll build and manage campaigns, run structured tests, and turn performance data into clear recommendations that make every campaign work harder. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and detail-oriented, with sound judgment about targeting, budgets, campaign configuration, and testing. If you love using performance data to keep improving how we reach and convert customers, this one's for you.
Location: Candidates must permanently live and work in the U.S. to be considered.
What You'll Do
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels
Manage targeting, budgets, bidding, and creative variations, monitoring delivery, pacing, and performance to maximize efficiency
Develop and refine audience segmentation to improve targeting and campaign performance
Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across ads, landing pages, and conversion flows
Maintain campaign tracking, naming conventions, and measurement standards
Produce and interpret performance reporting, analyzing funnel data to improve acquisition efficiency and signup quality and turning findings into clear recommendations
Partner with Revenue Marketing, Creative, and Web teams on campaign strategy and advertising and landing page needs, giving performance-informed feedback to designers and copywriters
Stay current on platform capabilities, attribution changes, and best practices, and help improve workflows and reporting standards
The Impact You'll Have
At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you're writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We're building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. In this role, you’ll drive impact by:
Driving campaign performance and acquisition efficiency, so we reach and convert customers effectively
Partnering with Growth Marketing, Creative, and Web to turn campaign strategy into measurable results
Improving signup quality by analyzing funnel data and tying performance insights back to ads and landing pages
Building a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous optimization
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization, including managing targeting, budgets, and performance within major ad platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, or TikTok
Experience analyzing performance data to drive optimization decisions, using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or other reporting and analytics platforms
Experience executing and analyzing A/B tests and structured experiments, with a working understanding of audience segmentation, attribution, and funnel analysis
Clear communication, with the ability to explain performance insights and testing learnings to cross-functional stakeholders
Strong organization and sound judgment, balancing analytical thinking with creativity across multiple campaigns and priorities
Experience in B2B SaaS, app-based products, or subscription-based businesses, preferred
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing certifications, or experience with CRO tools or landing page experimentation platforms, preferred
A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving
A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems
