- Own and optimise CRM, lifecycle, app and digital customer journeys
- Use customer data and behavioural insights to improve engagement and frequency
- Work across a broad digital remit with plenty of scope to test and improve
- 2–3 years’ experience across digital, CRM, lifecycle or customer journeys
- Hands-on experience with segmentation, automation and digital platforms
- Analytical, curious and confident working across multiple stakeholders
- Work in a fun, fast-paced entertainment environment
- Hybrid working with Wednesdays and Fridays from home
- High-trust team environment with autonomy and room to challenge ideas
