Job Description This is a remote position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Marketing & Website Maintenance Website Management: Update website content as required using WordPress (Elementor & HTML), upload blog posts, format/resize images. SEO Optimisation: Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta titles, tags, headings, internal/external linking, and schemas). Directory & Review Management: Own the updating, auditing, and continuous maintenance of our business listings across various online directories. Monitor, reply to, and manage customer reviews on sites like Google and Facebook. Social Media & Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce content (written, video, and photo) for social media, our website, and print. Monitor channels for industry trends. Content & Email Marketing: Draft engaging copy for marketing materials and build/execute email campaigns using Mailchimp. Campaigns, Analytics & Project Support Campaigns & Sales Funnels: Create and produce marketing campaigns and sales funnels using the company’s software. Collateral Production: Assist with the design and production of marketing materials and collateral using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, following brand guidelines. Event Promotion: Help organise and promote marketing events, including webinars, campus open days, and specialty local campus events. Reporting & Analytics: Evaluate data, review analytics, and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyse trends. Project Support: Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs. Requirements At least 3+ years' experience in marketing Technical Website Management Skills: Update pages using WordPress (Elementor & HTML), upload blog posts, format/resize images, and ensure overall site health. SEO Optimisation: Implement on-page SEO best practices, including updating meta titles, tags, headings, internal/external linking, and schemas. Collateral Design: Create visually appealing, on-brand graphics and collateral (flyers, banners, etc) using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Language: Strong English Language Skills, both verbal and written - Conversational Australian English. Knowledge of the Australian market. Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Marketing Tools: Knowledge of relevant marketing tools, applications, and AI platforms (e.g. Claude).
