About Snipp

Snipp Interactive is a global provider of promotions and loyalty technology, helping brands turn transactions into relationships. Our platform supports receipt-based promotions, consumer rebates, and enterprise loyalty solutions - trusted by leading CPG, retail, and B2B companies worldwide.

The Opportunity

Snipp is looking for a data-driven Digital Media Buyer to plan, launch, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns that support client promotions, loyalty programs, and digital engagement initiatives. Snipp is a global loyalty and promotions technology company working with major consumer brands, retailers, QSRs, beverage companies, and their agencies. You'll own day-to-day media buying and performance optimization across paid digital channels, balancing campaign goals, audience strategy, budget pacing, creative performance, and measurable return.

You'll manage paid media campaigns from planning through wrap-up, partnering with Client Services, Sales, Creative, Analytics, and external platform or agency partners. You'll translate campaign objectives into channel plans, audiences, budgets, flighting, testing strategies, and reporting that clients and internal teams can understand and act on. This role requires both hands-on platform execution and strong analytical judgment. You'll be expected to identify performance issues quickly, recommend changes, and clearly explain the trade-offs behind budget and optimization decisions.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and execute paid digital media campaigns across relevant channels such as paid social, paid search, display/programmatic, video, and other performance-media placements based on client objectives and target audiences.
  • Build media plans that define channel mix, audience strategy, budget allocation, flighting, expected benchmarks, measurement approach, and optimization cadence.
  • Own campaign setup and trafficking, including targeting, bids, budgets, placements, creative rotation, tracking parameters, conversion events, and quality checks before launch.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance daily or as required, and optimize toward agreed KPIs such as reach, impressions, CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, or other client-specific outcomes.
  • Run structured tests across audiences, creative, placements, bidding approaches, landing experiences, and channel mix, and document what changed and why.
  • Maintain accurate budgets and forecasts, flag under- or over-pacing early, and recommend reallocations before performance or delivery becomes an escalation.
  • Partner with Analytics and client-facing teams to ensure reporting is accurate, actionable, and tied back to campaign objectives rather than platform metrics alone.
  • Work with other teams to identify asset needs, manage platform specifications and deadlines, and surface performance insights that can improve future creative.

Requirements

What we're looking for:
  • 3-5 years of hands-on digital media buying or performance marketing experience, ideally in an agency, marketing-technology, promotions, loyalty, retail-media, or consumer-brand environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing meaningful paid-media budgets and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Hands-on proficiency with major paid-media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and/or programmatic DSPs, with the ability to learn additional platforms quickly.
  • Strong understanding of core paid-media metrics and how they connect to campaign goals, including CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, frequency, reach, and ROAS.
  • Comfort with campaign tracking concepts such as pixels, conversion events, UTMs, attribution windows, tag management, and the practical limitations created by privacy changes and platform measurement.
  • Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills and the ability to analyze performance data, spot anomalies, and communicate recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain campaign performance and optimization decisions to client-facing teams and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Experience with promotions, loyalty, shopper marketing, retail media, or CPG campaigns is a strong plus.

Location:

  • Remote, North America: US-based is preferred. The company is distributed nationally and internationally, so the majority of communication occurs electronically.
  • Comfort working with distributed teams and clients across time zones, with occasional schedule flexibility around launches, reporting deadlines, or campaign issues.

Compensation:

  • The typical hiring range for this role is $80,000–$110,000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to our compensation philosophy, internal equity, and comes with a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. Base pay will be determined based on role-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
