  • Incorporate graphics, motion graphics, lower thirds, music, captions, accessibility elements, branding elements and visual effects where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and Brand Services team on visual identity, motion graphics, creative direction and brand consistency.
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Specialists to optimize video assets for search, channel requirements, file specifications, thumbnails, captions, metadata, promotional copy, accessibility and campaign timing.
  • Ensure all final video content meets firm quality, accessibility, brand, messaging and digital channel standards.
  • Maintain organized, searchable video asset libraries and develop efficient post-production workflows, naming conventions, version control practices, intake processes, reusable templates and video production best practices.
  • Maintain video production equipment and recommend photography, videography, audio, lighting, editing and production technology upgrades as needed.

  • Other duties as requested and assigned.
Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of professional video production, videography and video editing experience, preferably in a corporate, professional services, agency, media, legal marketing or B2B marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in filming, editing, post-production and delivering polished video assets for multiple audiences, digital channels and platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and related Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Experience operating professional camera, audio, lighting and recording equipment for interviews, events, social media videos, corporate videos and marketing videos.
