Role purpose
Support the design, content, optimisation, and day-to-day quality of the group’s and portfolio companies’ websites, applications, and digital experiences. The role ensures user journeys are intuitive, brand-consistent, accessible, current, and technically well maintained.
Key responsibilities
User experience and journey design
- Map user flows and identify friction across websites, applications, landing pages, and forms.
- Create wireframes and journey recommendations, and support usability testing and heuristic reviews.
User interface and design system support
- Create and refine interface layouts and components in Figma using approved design systems.
- Ensure responsive behaviour, clear visual hierarchy, and brand consistency, and prepare detailed handovers for developers.
Content management and web operations
- Publish and update website content through approved CMS workflows.
- Manage page structures, digital assets, metadata, and links, and coordinate multilingual updates.
- Conduct content audits and flag outdated, incomplete, or inconsistent information.
Quality assurance accessibility and releases
- Test pages and features across browsers and devices before release.
- Check forms, links, tracking, responsiveness, and accessibility, and maintain defect logs through resolution and verification.
Analytics and optimisation
- Use analytics, heatmaps, and behavioural data to identify improvements.
- Support A/B testing and landing-page optimisation, and compare performance before and after releases.
Digital standards and collaboration
- Maintain web and application content standards, publishing guides, and QA checklists.
- Coordinate with Technology, Creative, Growth, Brand, and portfolio stakeholders to support launch readiness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in UX, digital design, web, marketing, technology, or a related discipline.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is desirable.
Required experience
- Four to seven years of experience across UX, UI, web operations, CMS, or digital experience.
- Hands-on experience with Figma and CMS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, web QA, analytics, and developer collaboration.
- Exposure to mobile applications, accessibility, conversion-rate optimisation, or usability research is preferred.
