Growth Marketing Executive (CRM and Lifecycle)

Role purpose

Execute and optimise CRM and lifecycle marketing across group and portfolio customer journeys. The role uses segmentation, automation, and personalised communications to improve conversion, engagement, retention, and customer value.


Key responsibilities

Lifecycle journey execution

  • Build automated journeys for onboarding, nurture, activation, retention, cross-sell, re-engagement, and service communications.
  • Translate strategy into clear journey logic, triggers, timing, and channel sequences, and test each journey thoroughly before launch.

Segmentation and personalisation

  • Create segments based on customer attributes, behaviour, lifecycle stage, and campaign engagement.
  • Apply personalisation and dynamic content while maintaining contact policies that prevent over-communication.

Campaign operations

  • Build and deploy email, SMS, push, and other approved messaging campaigns using agreed templates and governance.
  • Manage scheduling, approvals, suppression logic, consent rules, quality assurance, and campaign taxonomy.

Testing and optimisation

  • Test subject lines, messaging, send times, offers, creative, journey steps, and audience treatments.
  • Track engagement, conversion, unsubscribe, reactivation, and retention metrics, and document learnings.

Data governance and reporting

  • Work with Technology, Data, and Marketing Analytics teams to resolve data-quality and tracking issues.
  • Ensure consent and customer preferences are followed, and maintain clean lists, journey inventories, and performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent English is required; Arabic is desirable.

Required experience

  • Four to six years of CRM, lifecycle, email marketing, or marketing automation experience.
  • Hands-on experience building automated journeys and audience segments.
  • Strong knowledge of consent management, list hygiene, campaign governance, and quality assurance.
