Digital Project Manager (Part Time)

We are hiring a Digital Project Manager (SEO Content & Web QA) for a boutique marketing agency in the Marketing & Advertising industry. This is a Part-Time remote role for a US (Pacific Time) based client. The role is focused on coordinating website and content projects, producing and editing SEO blog content using AI tools, and ensuring rigorous QA across web updates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically savvy with WordPress, highly organized, proactive, and an excellent English writer/editor who follows SOPs and communicates clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end timelines, deliverables, and communication for multiple client website and SEO content projects
• Coordinate quarterly content planning workflows: track topic research, outline creation, client approvals, and monthly production schedules
• Draft and refine SEO articles using Copy.ai based on approved outlines and brand voice; perform copy editing and basic fact-checking
• Implement on-page SEO best practices (keywords, headings, internal links, meta data) and ensure adherence to client style and compliance parameters
• Create developer tasks and QA all website updates: URLs, redirects, navigation, forms (e.g., Gravity Forms), responsiveness, and cross-browser/mobile testing (Chrome, Safari, etc.)
• Maintain project plans and status in ClickUp; manage assets, due dates, and approvals; provide clear progress updates
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and account leads; communicate with clients professionally via email as needed
• Contribute to SOPs and help scale capacity as the client base grows (e.g., train a future writer once volume increases)
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital project coordination/management in an agency or marketing environment
• Demonstrated experience with WordPress site administration and thorough web QA across devices and browsers
• Strong English writing and copy-editing skills; experience producing SEO blog content within structured SOPs
• Working knowledge of on-page SEO and content optimization; familiarity with SEMrush or similar tools
• Proficiency managing workflows in ClickUp (or similar PM tools) and collaborating with remote teams

• Experience supporting professional services or legal industry clients
• Basic understanding of hosting, plugins, and forms (e.g., Gravity Forms); light HTML/CSS a plus
• Experience using AI-enabled writing platforms (e.g., Copy.ai) and brand voice guides

Schedule & Pay

• Part-Time position; 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday, with core overlap around 8:00–12:00 PM PST (flexible by ±1 hour)
• Fully remote role for a US (Pacific Time) based client
• Pay ranges from R7,100- R12,700 (~430 USD - 774 USD) per month for 20 hours/week
• Includes structured onboarding, SOP training, and growth potential (hours and scope may increase as the program scales)
