Digital Specialist

Join us and help accelerate PMI’s digital evolution across our global markets.

In this role, you support the seamless operation, maintenance, and deployment of our digital solutions across markets. You ensure digital tools and platforms run smoothly, collaborate with global teams on enhancements, and help markets adopt and successfully utilize digital capabilities. You also maintain documentation and support users across different regions.

What You Will Do

• Explore and set up digital solutions tailored to market needs; guide markets on digital deployment (e.g. task and photo validation, creating Digital related reporting)
• Perform UAT/UVT testing across environments (PC, mobile, tablet; multi‑language) for web, e‑commerce, and platform updates
• Upload branded and brand‑agnostic content and training materials
• Act as the first line of support for system issues; follow up on tickets and liaise with development teams
• Maintain the B2B digital platform and generate reporting/analysis from digital tools
• Coordinate with third‑party agencies and internal product teams
• Create/update templates, audiences, tasks, surveys, quizzes, and forms in Salesforce/Digital platforms
• Support NPS survey preparation, reporting, follow‑through, and e‑ordering admin tasks
• Update and maintain internal documentation, process flows, guides, and PBI documentation

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in business systems, digital platforms, or related tools
• Digital savviness and curiosity toward digital solutions
• Fluent in English & other Asian languages is a plus
• Advantageous: Salesforce, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, HTML, web content publishing
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage multiple projects

Work Schedule and Location

Hybrid work arrangement based in 8 Rockwell Head Office, Makati City
Midshift work schedule, between Mondays to Fridays
