Digital Transformation Lead/SME

NetGO has a current opening for a Digital Transformation Lead/SME that will lead and plan new IT roadmaps to include emerging technologies. Implement and launch new technologies that will automate and improve current systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Digital Transformation SME will support the Program Manager, using a high understanding of technical knowledge to lead, design, and delivery of new technology solutions
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations on the implementation of Digital Engineering
• Participate in governance, process, and policy forums
• Develop new processes and coordinate between multiple engineering disciplines
• Leads discussions and builds consensus with all involved business partners and stakeholders, throughout the digital transformation.
• Leads committees, acts as a change manager, and influences decisions around customer digital engagement and digitization of touchpoints
