Digital Workflow Specialist
Responsible for implementing digital tools in the assigned area, providing training and support to existing customers, as well as acquiring new customers for both SureSmile © and DI, including the implementation of DS Core and DS Care.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of SureSmile ©, DI, and DS Solutions, as well as cross-selling opportunities and consumables usage across the customer base.
- Collaborate with Ambassador profiles to jointly develop the customer base and implement the assigned digital solutions portfolio.
- Coordinate the initial implementations of SureSmile © and DS Solutions, ensuring that dentists and staff understand and correctly use the workflows and products.
- Provide training, guidance, and technical support to customers, including educational and commercial events, to improve treatment efficiency and support the growth of their practices.
- Maintain continuous self-training on products, systems, and market trends, conducting strategic analyses to anticipate customer needs and competitor activity.
- Ensure a balanced presence across the assigned territory, traveling to national and international training centers when necessary.
- Keep the CRM up to date and support the organization and customers in adapting to market developments.
Requirements
- Experience in sales; knowledge of the industry is a plus.
- University degree required, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven experience working in a digital environment.
- Excellent presentation skills through digital channels, as well as in face-to-face meetings.
- Intermediate English proficiency required.
- High level of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
