Your workdays will be diverse; you might coordinate with regional IT on specific country requirements one moment and moderate a meeting with Cybersecurity and HR professionals the next, ensuring their key initiatives stay on track.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Support global service teams and vendors in delivering essential Communications & Messaging services, including MS Exchange, MS Teams Rooms, and collaboration tools for large townhalls and events.
- Coordinate and communicate escalations and vendor management topics effectively.
- Meet and track performance metrics and initiatives from DWP vendors, providing regular updates to IT Leadership and Technical teams.
- Offer technical input to Workplace Services, Tooling, and Processes, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Collaborate directly with DWP Operations teams on continuous improvement initiatives for support.
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field in Business Administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin and Management, including Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online.
- Proven skills in escalation coordination and vendor management, with a track record of effective communication with global teams.
- Strong communication skills, with ITIL Certification preferred but not required.
