Are you excited by the opportunity to turn AI into practical value for employees and the business? Do you enjoy combining hands-on development, platform governance and business enablement to help people build secure, scalable and useful AI solutions?
As a Digital Workplace Specialist with focus on AI & Governance, you will help shape how If adopts, governs and realizes value from Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents and the Power Platform.
About The Role
In this role, you will be a key specialist in our AI and productivity ecosystem. You will help develop and govern capabilities across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents and the Power Platform, with a strong focus on responsible adoption, business enablement and measurable value.
You will guide agent builders from their first idea through assessment, environment selection and implementation. This includes initial developer guidance, supporting the placement of solutions in the right environment and zone through our agent assessment process, and helping builders navigate integration scenarios or use-case-specific development.
You will work closely with platform owners, Security, Architecture, Compliance, Legal, Data and business stakeholders to ensure that AI solutions are useful, supportable and aligned with enterprise requirements.
You will be comfortable moving between advisory and hands-on work. This can include workshops, solution reviews, troubleshooting integrations, building prototypes, contributing code or automation, and establishing reusable development patterns.
As part of the role, you will contribute to governance models, lifecycle practices, platform roadmaps, adoption initiatives and value-realization approaches that balance innovation, security and usability.
