Location: Athens – Neos Kosmos

• Possible start: 19.10 or 9.11
• The role starts office-based in Athens – Neos Kosmos
• After successful completion of training and nesting, hybrid work may be possible depending on performance and project requirements
• Working schedule: Monday–Saturday, 09:00–21:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week)

✅ About the project

Join the customer support team of one of the world’s leading international banking and financial services groups.

You will support German-speaking customers with everyday banking questions, account-related topics and digital banking services in a structured and professional environment.

✅ What you will do

• Support German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
• Help with everyday banking and account-related questions
• Assist customers with digital banking services
• Provide clear, professional and solution-oriented support
• Follow internal banking procedures and quality standards

✅ Salary & Bonuses

• €1,400 gross/month - base salary
• Up to 10% performance bonus
• €100 gross/month fixed project bonus
• €1,000 sign-in bonus
• Daily meal vouchers (UpHellas): €3 net /worked day + 100€ net/ month additional voucher
• 2 additional salaries per year
• €500 anniversary bonus after one year

Average monthly earnings:€1,800–€1,950 gross / month + meal vouchers
