The Business Management & Program Delivery team plays a key role in the Direct Investing National Office. The team is responsible for driving operational excellence, controls management and the simplification and elevation of both the client and colleague experience. This dedicated team of subject matter experts provide guidance and representation on all programs and initiatives impacting Direct Investing Contact Centre and High Value Distribution Teams. JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Management & Program Delivery, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, controls management, process simplification and client-centric execution of regulatory, strategic and remediation initiatives through data-driven decisions. Key accountabilities will include: Collaborate with cross functional teams across the enterprise to execute with excellence, reduce business risk, and improve client outcomes. Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to extract, transform, and analyze datasets, generating actionable insights that inform risk mitigation, prioritization and business decisions Develop, maintain, and deliver structured analysis and concise proposals, often in time-sensitive circumstances, for an executive audience Build robust processes and documentation in support of audit, regulatory and control requirements Enhance and maintain multi-program roadmap of remedial, regulatory and strategic initiatives, along with supporting business cases, if applicable. JOB REQUIREMENTS Specializing or majoring in business/finance, analytics, data, risk management or related fields Familiarity with financial markets and hands-on experience with TD Direct Investing products and services, such as WebBroker, Advanced Dashboard and TD Easy Trade app would be preferred. Strong data analytics skills to extract, analyze, and visualize data for business insights with high attention to detail Strong analytical capabilities: the ability to understand complex problems and have them translated into comprehensive solutions Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work in a team environment to drive solutions forward.
