We are seeking a Direct Marketing and Telephone Campaigns Officer to deliver our annual telephone campaign programme and support a range of direct marketing initiatives that recruit, retain and steward donors from Trinity's global community of alumni and friends.
Reporting to the Direct Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship initiatives and data-driven insights that support the growth of philanthropy across the University.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Trinity's annual telephone campaign programme, working with agencies and internal stakeholders to recruit and retain donors.
- Manage the recruitment and retention of student callers.
- Support regular giving, mid-level and legacy fundraising appeals.
- Assist with donor stewardship initiatives, including impact reporting and supporter communications.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Trinity to develop compelling fundraising content and case studies.
- Undertake campaign reporting, data analysis and CRM-based activities in partnership colleagues.
- Manage campaign budgets and monitor performance to maximise return on investment.
About You
- At least four years' experience in direct marketing, fundraising or a related field.
- Experience working with bespoke CRM or database systems.
- Strong organisational, analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience in higher education, fundraising, direct mail or telephone fundraising campaigns would be advantageous.
