Make an impact Process purchase requisitions and execute orders, including series-related procurement activitie Manage delivery schedules with suppliers and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Track and administer order confirmations, maintaining close and continuous communication with suppliers Clarify delivery issues in cooperation with material planning and suppliers Handle operational complaints related to quantity and delivery date deviations, including recharging processes Monitor inventory levels and support optimal stock management Request and manage required supplier documentation (e.g. long-term supplier declarations, certificates of origin) What you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a degree specialized in Logistics 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role Fluent business-level German or English language skills Strong SAP knowledge and analytical skills Our promise to you Our culture is deeply rooted in our passion to make robotics and automatic solutions accessible and easy to use.
