Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site or remote role for a Direct Sales Agent located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, delivering tailored product presentations, and explaining the value of EcoComply's solutions. Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Regular reporting on sales activities and client interactions will also be required. The role is 100% commission based + performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication aptitude
• Customer Service expertise with a focus on client satisfaction
• Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
• Basic understanding of Finance and the ability to align sales strategies with customer budgets
• Motivation to work in a team-oriented, on-site sales environment
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to understand and meet compliance-related client needs
• Previous experience in sales, environmental compliance, or sustainability is a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, environmental studies, or a related field is preferred
