Job Description This is a remote position. Who We Are GoZen Intelligence (GoFleet / ZenduIT) builds the IoT and telematics software that fleet operators use to cut costs, improve safety, and stay compliant — GPS tracking, dash-cams, and fleet management software, sold as SaaS + hardware bundles. We're Mississauga-based, hybrid-first, and building a network of independent sales partners across Canada. What You'll Do Build your own pipeline — find and qualify fleet operators who need better visibility into their vehicles, drivers, and costs Run real discovery — understand what's actually costing a fleet manager money or sleep before you pitch anything Close full-cycle deals — from first outreach to signed contract, with support on pricing and install logistics Build a system, not just a hustle — use AI tools to research prospects and personalize outreach so your time goes to conversations, not busywork Hand off cleanly — so onboarding and install go smoothly and the account starts strong ✨ What Good Looks Like Consistent new pipeline generated every month — not waiting on leads Deals close in a reasonable, predictable cycle Your CRM is always current — no scrambling before forecast calls You've walked away from a bad-fit prospect at least once because it wasn't right, not because it was easy Who You Are You've sold B2B software, hardware, or a technical service full-cycle before — and generated your own pipeline to do it You're comfortable with 100% commission — no base, no guaranteed draw unless separately negotiated You already use (or want to use) AI tools to work smarter: research, personalization, drafting — not slower You'd rather tell a prospect “this isn't a fit” than chase a bad deal to hit a number Fleet, logistics, or industrial B2B sales background is a strong plus, not a requirement ​ Ideal Backgrounds Full-cycle B2B SaaS/hardware sales, fleet & logistics industry sales, independent/commission-only rep experience, or channel/partner sales in IoT or industrial equipment.
