About this Position We are looking for a Direct Tax Specialist to support direct tax accounting, compliance, reporting, and internal controls, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tax-related activities in a multinational environment. In this role, you will work closely with Finance, Accounting, auditors, business stakeholders, and global tax teams, supporting tax reporting obligations, tax accounting processes, and compliance with local requirements and corporate standards. This position is based in Jundiaí/SP and requires availability to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office. What you´ll do Prepare and review direct tax calculations, including IRPJ and CSLL, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Support tax accounting activities, including tax provisions, reconciliations, and tax reporting processes. Execute tax-related internal controls and support month-end and year-end closing activities. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors on direct tax matters. Support the preparation and review of tax obligations, including ECF. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Business, and global stakeholders to provide guidance on direct tax matters. What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to participate in meetings and communicate effectively with global teams. Solid experience with direct taxes, particularly IRPJ and CSLL in a Lucro Real environment. Strong knowledge of tax accounting, tax provisions, reconciliations, and tax reporting. Familiarity with IFRS and local accounting standards. Experience in multinational companies and interacting with global stakeholders. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. Experience with ECF preparation and review will be considered a plus. Exposure to Transfer Pricing, Global Minimum Taxation (GMT), or other international tax topics, as well as tax compliance solutions such as Comply, will be considered a plus.
