IT Regie Transformation Manager / Coach | Netherlands | Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced IT Regie Transformation Manager / Coach / Architect to help transform an existing IT Management & Delivery organization into a mature, modern IT Regie organization.

The role focuses on translating a Target Operating Model (TOM) into practical implementation, redesigning processes and roles, and coaching teams through the transition towards a more strategic, directing and results-oriented way of working.

Responsibilities

• Further develop the Target Operating Model (TOM) for the IT Regie function where required.
• Translate the TOM into a practical implementation roadmap, including phases, milestones and measurable success criteria.
• Redesign management and delivery processes, roles and governance structures in line with the new operating model.
• Guide the transition from a delivery-oriented organization towards a directing and results-oriented Regie organization.
• Coach and train employees and teams in new roles, processes, responsibilities and ways of working.
• Drive measurable maturity growth across the Regie organization.
• Strengthen collaboration between customers, suppliers, partners and internal IT teams.
• Help establish effective governance, sourcing and multi-vendor / multi-client collaboration.
• Ensure that the new operating model becomes sustainable and can operate independently without ongoing external dependency.
• Advise management and stakeholders on organizational design, sourcing, service integration and IT governance.

Requirements

• HBO degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Organizational Studies or a comparable field.
• SAFe Lean Portfolio Management certification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with sourcing and chain collaboration, preferably within IT Regie, SIAM and multi-client/multi-vendor environments.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a responsible manager, consultant or coach working with clients, consulting organizations and/or suppliers.
• Minimum 10 years of experience developing and managing ecosystems in which customers and suppliers collaborate around shared objectives.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with current IT organization and service management frameworks, including:
  • DSGF
  • IT4IT
  • IT Regie / IT governance
  • SIAM
  • ITIL
  • USM
  • Target Operating Model methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and change management skills.
• Experience operating in complex organizational and IT environments.

Nice to Have

• Extensive experience as a manager, coach or architect in transformation programmes where both organizational structure/processes and behavior/culture were key.
• Experience establishing and guiding Management & Operations (M&O) functions in complex IT environments.
• Experience directing IT across value streams such as Innovation, Implementation and Operations.
• Strong practical experience applying Service Integration and Management (SIAM) within complex IT landscapes.
• Certified Outsourcing Specialist (COS) certification.
