We welcome challenging thoughts and imagination to develop innovative solutions. And we know that patients are counting on us to make the promise a reality, so we must maintain high standards and get it done.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single owner and strategic lead for the ASOC channel, defining the criteria, sequencing, and roadmap for which independent infusion providers to prioritize and onboard.
  • Develop the business case, resourcing plan, and success metrics for ASOC integration, in partnership with the VP of Sales and Strategic Accounts leadership.
  • Track and report progress against the operationalization plan, including timing, budget, and risk to the target go-live window.

Provider Engagement & Contracting

  • Lead direct outreach, relationship-building, and negotiation with independent infusion providers to bring them into the Lonvo-z ATC network as ASOCs.
  • Partner with Legal and Market Access to negotiate and finalize contracting terms with selected ASOC partners.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for onboarded ASOC accounts post-contracting, ensuring a smooth transition into active network status.

  • Field: Align with Sales Account Leads (SAL), Patient Access Leads (PAL), and Nurse Case Managers (NCM) to build the capacity and playbooks needed to support ASOCs alongside existing ATCs.
  • Marketing: Direct development of new ASOC-specific assets and adaptation of existing ATC materials for applicability to the ASOC channel.
  • Patient Services: Partner on Travel & Lodging modeling, Hub workflow integration, and development of forms/processes for the new ASOC patient pathway.
  • Medical: Support Medical Affairs on Lonvo-z clinical data discussions, protocol development, and HAE education/training relevant to ASOC providers (e.g., attack vs. anaphylaxis recognition, treatment response).
  • Market Access: Partner on GTN, ASP modeling, and FMV assessment specific to the ASOC channel.
  • Commercial Operations: Ensure ASOC accounts are built out in CRM system and properly incorporated into forecasting as a distinct source of business.
  • IT: Coordinate execution of data integrations (e.g., status reporting) into the CDE to support ASOC visibility and reporting.
