  • Shape campaign narratives and refine copy to ensure clear messaging, a consistent brand voice and relevance to target audiences.

  • Work with local teams to adapt global campaigns to market priorities and budgets while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Apply campaign results and audience insights to improve planning, creative development and channel performance.

Build and lead paid media

  • Build the global in-house paid media team and define planning and buying responsibilities across internal teams and agencies.

  • Lead the social platform strategy, prioritizing LinkedIn and strengthening executive visibility and employee advocacy.

  • Use audience insights, social listening and performance data to shape content and measure its contribution to business objectives.

Manage investment and measure impact

  • Develop and manage the annual brand activation investment plan, aligning budgets with agreed priorities and securing approval.

  • Establish a measurement framework to assess how brand and media investment contributes to brand health and pipeline development.

  • Report performance to marketing leadership, highlighting results, lessons learned and recommended changes to activity and investment.

Lead the team

  • Set clear priorities and accountability across the brand activation and sponsorship, social media and paid media teams.

  • Coach and develop the team, building the skills and capacity needed to support the function as it grows.

Required experience

  • At least 12 years of brand or marketing leadership experience in B2B or professional services, including five years at Director level or equivalent leading a multidisciplinary function.

  • Experience building and running an in-house paid media function, covering team structure, media buying, tools and platform relationships.

  • Experience improving social media performance and demonstrating its contribution to brand objectives and pipeline development.

  • Experience managing activation budgets across markets and reallocating investment based on performance.

  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to turn complex business ideas into clear, compelling campaign messages.

  • Experience developing measurement frameworks that connect brand and campaign investment to pipeline and revenue, and presenting findings to senior leadership.
