Bridge is looking for a hands-on campaign leader to own how paid media gets delivered for our clients. The Director, Campaign Management sets the technical strategy behind paid social, SEM, and programmatic delivery, then makes sure execution holds up: clean trafficking, on-time launches, and optimization that beats client KPIs. This role partners daily with Sales, Account, and Product teams, troubleshoots what breaks, and turns recurring problems into better process. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end execution of paid search and social campaigns, from trafficking and launch through optimization and troubleshooting, with defined QA checkpoints at each stage Oversee resources supporting campaign execution: scope the work, set quality and turnaround standards, review deliverables, and adjust capacity to campaign volume Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their KPIs as it relates to client campaigns Ensure proactive internal communication with Account team on campaign performance and optimizations, client health and upsell opportunities Support and advocate on day-to-day inquiries and requests to improve efficiency and value in the use of Bridge’s platform and media activation capabilities Serve as liaison for external vendors and partners, assist or lead evaluation of new technology partners Partner closely with Sales, Product Strategy and Customer Service teams to build materials and guidelines to enable the booking of high-performing campaigns that are well-matched with Bridge’s product offering Work with the product team to ensure that proprietary platform development aligns with client requests and requirements Lead Programmatic, social media and SEM capability trainings for various audiences & levels across the organization; monitor daily campaign pacing and performance to exceed client KPIs and expectations, and optimize where appropriate Keep senior leadership and external teams updated on campaign performance to raise awareness and promote transparency Lead and develop the campaign management team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, workload distribution, and performance management Ensure campaign work follows platform policies, brand safety standards, and Bridge's data and privacy requirements, including audience onboarding and consent handling Track and report on operational health metrics such as on-time launch rate, make-good and error rate, billing accuracy, and margin by account Desired Skills, Education, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing with an agency, brand, and/or top online publisher required 2+ years leading a team, including direct reports, or leading contracted and outsourced resources Highly proficient with spreadsheets including pivot tables, lookups, and building reporting from raw platform exports 4+ years hands-on paid social campaign management across at least two major platforms Hands-on SEM experience Excellent time management and project planning skills Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously Expert at building compelling proposals for clients A critical thinker with top-level problem-solving skills Able to analyze data and provide insights This is a remote/work from home role with an annual base salary range of $135,000 - $165,000. Placement within the range depends on experience, skill set, and internal equity.
