As Northern Trust Asset Management continues to expand its marketing capabilities, we're seeking a Senior Integrated Campaign Strategist to lead high-impact campaigns that connect client needs, business priorities, and measurable growth. The Senior Integrated Campaign Strategist will develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and business growth across key client segments and distribution channels. Leveraging audience insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data, this individual will create strategies that advance business objectives, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include: Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities, growth objectives, and target client segments. Partner with product, sales, client marketing, and distribution teams to translate business goals into measurable marketing strategies. Create strategic campaign briefs that define audience, messaging, channel strategy, KPIs, and success metrics. Leverage audience insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and positioning. Develop and optimize audience-centric customer journeys across channels, identifying key engagement opportunities, aligning content and experiences to client needs, and improving conversion throughout the marketing funnel. Drive demand generation initiatives, including audience segmentation, lead generation, nurture strategies, lead scoring methodologies, sales enablement, and lead lifecycle optimization to improve engagement, lead quality, and pipeline growth. Monitor and analyze campaign, lead, and pipeline performance, translating data into actionable recommendations that optimize marketing effectiveness, improve ROI, and support business growth. Collaborate with content, creative, digital, and product marketing teams to develop compelling, audience-centric messaging and thought leadership programs. Own day-to-day campaign management, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution. Lead cross-functional campaign workstreams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and effective communication across stakeholders. Partner with agencies, publishers, and vendors to optimize campaign execution and investment performance. Support campaign reporting, budget management, and operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Stay current on industry, client, and marketing trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth. Required skills: 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign strategy, demand generation, or related roles within asset management. Deep understanding of financial advisors and institutional investor audiences. Experience developing audience-centric customer journeys across channels, including journey mapping, nurture strategies, content orchestration, and conversion optimization. Experience building integrated campaign strategies that align audience insights, messaging, channel strategy, lead generation, sales enablement, and measurement into a cohesive growth program. Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing programs that drive engagement, qualified leads, pipeline growth, and measurable business outcomes. Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign, lead, and pipeline performance data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and continuously optimize marketing programs to improve business outcomes. Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships, align stakeholders around shared objectives, and influence marketing strategy and best practices. Hands-on experience leveraging marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Marketo and Salesforce, to support audience segmentation, lead management, nurture programs, campaign execution, and performance measurement. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to asset management marketing and advertising. Strategic, data-driven marketer with a strong commercial mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a results-oriented approach. Salary Range: $114,700 - 194,900 USD Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
