• Proactively identify performance trends, opportunities, risks, and emerging business questions through analysis of commercial data; integrate multiple data sources to understand key business drivers.

• Lead patient-level claims analytics to identify patient populations, new patient starts, treatment adoption, utilization, persistence, treatment patterns, and patient journeys.

• Develop and validate analytical approaches for patient identification and treatment initiation, applying appropriate judgment regarding claims coverage, lag, coding, longitudinal tracking, and other data limitations.

• Integrate claims with sales, specialty distribution/pharmacy, CRM, HCP/account, market access, and other relevant data to develop a comprehensive view of patient and commercial performance.

• Lead development and evolution of launch KPIs, performance metrics, and diagnostic measures in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and other stakeholders.

• Provide leadership for commercial data strategy, governance, stewardship, data definitions, and business rules; partner with internal teams and vendors on data sourcing, integration, quality, and appropriate use.

• Define reporting and visualization requirements based on business questions and decision needs; provide analytical and business direction to resources and partners responsible for dashboard and report development.

• Use Tableau or similar BI platforms to independently navigate and interrogate reporting outputs, identify trends and anomalies, and ensure dashboards evolve beyond static reporting to support business decisions.

• Lead or direct advanced analytics including segmentation, targeting, patient journey, adoption, persistence, triggers, promotional effectiveness, and ROI analyses.

• Provide analytical leadership and oversight to external partners, challenging methodologies, assumptions, and conclusions as appropriate.

• Develop clear executive-level narratives and presentations that synthesize complex analyses into business implications and potential actions.

Education:

• Demonstrated experience using patient-level claims data to identify patient populations, new patient starts, treatment patterns, adoption, persistence, and patient journeys.

• Strong analytical curiosity and critical thinking, with demonstrated ability to identify patterns and anomalies, develop hypotheses, connect findings across data sources, and determine business implications.

• Demonstrated ability to move beyond descriptive reporting to identify business drivers and translate analytical findings into insights and recommendations for commercial leadership.

• Strong working knowledge of Tableau or similar BI platforms; dashboard development experience is a plus but is not the primary focus of the role.

• Working knowledge of analytical tools and data-query concepts; SQL, SAS, R, Python, or similar programming experience is a plus, but not required.

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work consultatively across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Insights & Analytics, and other functions in a highly matrixed organization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex analyses and communicate clear conclusions to senior leadership.

About Replimune

Replimune Group, Inc., headquartered in Woburn, MA, was founded in 2015 with the mission to transform cancer treatment by pioneering the development of a novel portfolio of oncolytic immunotherapies. Replimune’s proprietary RPx platform is based on a potent HSV-1 backbone intended to maximize immunogenic cell death and the induction of a systemic anti-tumor immune response. The RPx platform is designed to have a unique dual local and systemic activity consisting of direct selective virus-mediated killing of the tumor resulting in the release of tumor derived antigens and altering of the tumor microenvironment to ignite a strong and durable systemic response. The RPx product candidates are expected to be synergistic with most established and experimental cancer treatment modalities, leading to the versatility to be developed alone or combined with a variety of other treatment options.
