This individual should have a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, deep expertise in account-based demand generation, and a track record of building and scaling revenue-driven programs.

Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:

  • Own Marketing's pipeline number – Accountable for the pipeline Marketing creates, orchestrating demand across digital, field and partner channels so they work together to hit the number.
  • Define and lead integrated campaigns – Design and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns for net new, installed base and partner motions, supported by playbooks and templates that teams can run consistently.
  • Set the account-based strategy – Define how Sectigo selects, tiers and engages target accounts, using intent and account data to direct programs in partnership with sales, and operate demand on the Demand Unit Waterfall or a similar model.
  • Align sales and marketing – Establish a seamless collaboration framework with sales, pipeline conversion and product marketing so campaigns, follow-up and account plans work as one.
  • Leverage technology to scale demand – Lead the use of marketing automation, intent and ABM platforms to execute targeted campaigns at scale.
  • Measure, budget and refine – Define KPIs and reporting to track pipeline, conversion and cost per pipeline dollar, manage demand program investment, and continuously optimize based on data insights.
  • Grow the installed base – Lead lifecycle and customer marketing programs that increase renewal, expansion and customer loyalty.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team – Build and mentor campaign and customer marketing managers, fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
  • Stay ahead of market trends – Monitor industry trends, including AI-enabled demand, and bring tested new tactics into our campaigns.
  • Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.
