The Impact of a Director, Demand Orchestration & Deal Execution to Coupa: As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Demand Management & Deal Execution to join our team. In this role, you will help set the foundation for the future of demand at Coupa. You will lead the development and execution of integrated demand strategies that align marketing, sales, and partner efforts for your responsible region. The goal is to ensure healthy pipeline, accelerate lead-to-deal conversion, and drive revenue growth through seamless coordination across the business. What You'll Do: Lead end-to-end regional demand planning and execution, aligning Sales, Marketing, and Alliances to deliver a predictable, qualified pipeline. Use analytics to monitor performance of demand programs and ensure alignment with revenue goals and pipeline health metrics. Develop targeted sales plays and outreach strategies tailored to market conditions and specific business objectives. Host and facilitate Demand Boards to align stakeholders and ensure ongoing coordination of efforts. Provide insights to leadership on forecasting, demand trends, and opportunities for optimization across the ecosystem. What You Will Bring to Coupa: Experience in B2B demand generation, with a proven track record of leading integrated strategies across functions. Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on cross-functional alignment and stakeholder influence. Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
