About the Role: We’re looking for a Director, Diagnosis Innovation & Collaboration to help us expand what’s possible for patients with serious diseases and leave no patient behind. Reporting to the Diagnosis Strategy lead, you’ll be responsible for the identifying and implementing innovative approaches to diagnosis in the field of respiratory and finding external collaborations to advance this effort. You will be skilled in both strategy and execution - with an analytical mindset, strong marketing fundamentals, and a proven track-record of driving growth by uncovering unknown or overlooked opportunities. What You'll Do: In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead, identify and deliver innovative approaches to the diagnosis of respiratory patients. You’ll also: You will work in close partnership with the broader cross functional team to identify high priority collaboration with external partners, ensuring projects deliver tangible results in a compliant manner You will be able to build strong relationships with recognized national/international key external experts to understand where the greatest opportunities are to support respiratory patients Design and execute initiatives to drive clinical suspicion and screening among high-risk patients in multiple physician settings Develop and implement integrated tools to facilitate patient risk stratification and improve diagnostic efficiency in key national and regional lab systems Develop high-impact, channel-specific content for both HCPs and patients on the role of timely diagnosis, symptom recognition, etc. Define the key performance indicators and lead deep-dive analysis into regional variations, patient flow modeling and related forecasting assumptions. Provide input into the integrated evidence generation planning efforts regarding the value of early diagnosis Who You Are: You have a Bachelors Degree along with a minimum years of experience 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, with at least 4 years in infectious disease, respiratory or rare disease. You are or you also have: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, managing senior-level stakeholders and influencing strategy at the executive level Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills required to understand scientific data, recognize key business issues and prepare high-level presentations for senior executives. Ability to shift thinking between the overall ‘big’ picture and the details Proven track record of success showing strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Ability to lead and influence without authority cross-functionally and cross-culturally. Excellent learning capability and aspiration for excellence Where You’ll Work This is a fully remote role. It can be performed effectively from anywhere while staying connected to your Insmed team and community. Occasional travel for team meetings or events will be expected.
