The Director, EMEA Field Marketing owns Procore’s regional marketing strategy for EMEA, the pipeline it generates, and the return on the region’s marketing investment. This leader is the primary marketing partner to EMEA Sales and works across the commercial organization, including Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations, to own funnel performance from initial lead to successfully closed deal.
Procore’s global centers of excellence set the global marketing strategy and build the core campaigns, assets, and briefs that the regions draw from. This role owns the local strategy: applying Procore’s strategy and competitive positioning to decide what to adopt, what to adapt, and how to execute in-region to support EMEA’s revenue goals, then carrying regional insight back to the global teams to sharpen each subsequent cycle. It also carries EMEA’s growth into newer markets across the region, including Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be based in our Dublin HQ on a hybrid model, with regular travel across the region.
What you’ll own
- The EMEA regional marketing strategy and the regional marketing-sourced pipeline.
- To own funnel performance from initial lead to successfully closed deals in partnership with EMEA Sales: ownership of conversion at each stage, and a disciplined feedback loop that carries field and pipeline insight back to the global centers of excellence, including brand, digital marketing, and marketing technology, to optimize the next cycle.
- Local campaign strategy and execution in support of the global marketing strategy: applying Procore’s strategy and competitive positioning to decide what to adopt, adapt, and execute in-region, and shaping the messaging and targeting behind EMEA campaigns and the content engine.
- Growth in established markets and the entry and development of newer markets across EMEA, including Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
- Alignment with product marketing and go-to-market: partnership with the EMEA product marketing lead to keep regional messaging, targeting, and sales plays consistent with the company’s positioning and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Cross-functional relationships across the commercial organization, including Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
- Account-based marketing (ABM) for the region’s upmarket and enterprise motion (1:1 and 1:few), measured against named-account pipeline
- Leadership of the EMEA marketing team across campaigns, regional events, and new-market development, together with a dedicated group of specialists aligned from the global centers of excellence.
- Brand awareness and share of voice in EMEA, in partnership with the global brand team.
- The EMEA field marketing and events calendar, measured on sourced and influenced pipeline.
- The maturity of the region’s partner and channel motion: an understanding of what it takes to build and support local partner strategy and activations, and preparation of the region to activate as the go-to-market channel strategy is defined.
- The EMEA marketing budget, the outcomes it is expected to deliver, and its return on investment.
What you’ll bring
- Substantial, demonstrated senior-level experience in B2B marketing (SaaS or technology), leading regional or field marketing in EMEA.
- A record of owning a regional pipeline number alongside an enterprise sales organization selling a complex, considered purchase.
- Expertise in funnel optimization from initial lead to successfully closed deals: diagnosing conversion at each stage and improving it in partnership with Sales and Revenue Operations.
- Commercial and competitive fluency: the ability to internalize company strategy, market dynamics, and competitive positioning, and translate them into messaging and targeting that perform in-region, in partnership with product marketing.
- Range across the regional marketing mix: field and events, ABM, localized demand generation, and brand contribution.
- Demonstrated ability to operate within a global organization: drawing on central centers of excellence, holding a clear point of view on local versus global, and keeping both aligned.
- Experience leading distributed teams across multiple markets, with the range to grow established markets and establish newer ones across the region, including MENA.
- An understanding of what it takes to build and mature a local partner and channel motion.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships and manage stakeholders across senior sales and commercial leadership, and the strategic decision-making skills to operate as a strategic partner across Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations..
- The range to set regional strategy while remaining engaged in execution where it accelerates outcomes.
- Proficiency in ABM platforms (ex: 6sense), Salesforce, and marketing automation
First-year measures of success
- A single EMEA marketing strategy, developed with Sales, that supports the region’s revenue goals rather than a set of disconnected local activities.
- Regional messaging and targeting that reflect Procore’s positioning and GTM strategy, aligned with product marketing and sales plays.
- Ownership of the EMEA marketing-sourced pipeline, with demonstrable improvement in funnel conversion from initial lead to successfully closed deals.
- An operating account-based marketing motion against the region’s priority upmarket accounts.
- Measurable progress entering and developing newer markets across EMEA, including MENA.
- An evidenced recommendation on the timing and shape of the region’s partner and channel motion.
