This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Channel Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing, ensuring the sales team and partners have the programs, tools, content, and resources required to effectively position, promote, and sell MultiTech solutions.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented marketing leader with strong execution capabilities, B2B technology experience, and a demonstrated track record of building successful field and channel marketing programs.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute field and channel marketing strategies aligned with corporate go-to-market priorities, revenue objectives, and growth initiatives.
• Partner closely with Channel Sales, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to drive growth across distributors, national partners, system integrators, resellers, and ecosystem partners.
• Develop and manage strategic partner marketing plans that support demand generation, pipeline development, partner engagement, and revenue growth.
• Lead integrated demand-generation campaigns across digital, email, webinars, social media, content, and events.
• Develop, manage, and optimize Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programs and partner co-marketing initiatives, with clear performance objectives and ROI measurement.
• Lead MultiTech's participation in strategic partner events, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry programs.
• Develop and adapt marketing assets, sales enablement materials, campaign resources, and co-branded content to support partner selling activities.
• Ensure partners have timely access to current messaging, positioning, product information, campaigns, and sales resources.
• Manage partner communications and engagement programs, including newsletters, campaign updates, and ongoing partner outreach.
• Establish and track key performance indicators, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, partner engagement, campaign ROI, MDF effectiveness, and channel-sourced revenue.
• Analyze marketing performance and provide actionable insights and regular reporting to Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase partner productivity, marketing efficiency, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
Success Measures
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to strengthen customer and partner engagement, increase marketing-generated pipeline, improve MDF and campaign ROI, expand partner participation, and contribute measurable channel-sourced revenue.
