- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management or a related field
- 10 or more years of relevant development experience, including substantial experience developing firm, dispatchable generation projects, including associated interconnections, fuel supply, and permitting.

- Working knowledge of utility interconnection and electrical infrastructure development in Texas, including familiarity with ERCOT and transmission service provider processes.
- Strong commercial judgment and experience negotiating real estate, infrastructure, utility, or development agreements in coordination with legal counsel.
- Ability to interpret technical studies, evaluate project economics, identify material risks, and present clear recommendations to senior management.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage consultants, and advance several projects simultaneously in a fast-moving organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing data centers, wind, solar or BESS, or integrating multiple generation resources at one site.
