  • Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, serving as escalation point for senior stakeholders and ensuring structured engagement through reviews, check-ins, and growth planning.
  • Ensure that KAMs/EADs execute against structured account plans, focusing on revenue growth, retention, and program optimization.
  • Embed consistent use of account management frameworks, tools, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with Altour’s sales-led culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sourcing, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to deliver seamless service and value realization for clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities across accounts, supporting KAMs/EADs in shaping proposals, cross-selling Altour services, and negotiating client agreements.
  • Track and report on team and client performance through scorecards, SLAs, and business reviews, escalating risks and driving improvement plans where required.
  • Champion innovation by leveraging technology, data, and new solutions to improve efficiency and enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in corporate travel, account management, or B2B client leadership, with at least 3 years in management role.
  • Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing account management teams.
  • Strong client relationship skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving growth within complex accounts.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the travel industry, marketplace trends, and client needs across the Enterprise and Key account segments.
  • Proficiency with account management tools, CRM systems, and performance dashboards; ability to analyze data and guide team decisions.
  • Collaborative leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
